Preferences

Customise your screening workspace.

The settings menu (⚙) in the top-right corner of the app lets you personalise how the screening table looks and behaves. All preferences are saved automatically in your browser and restored on your next visit.

Opening the settings menu

After logging in, click the ⚙ gear icon in the top-right corner of the header. A dropdown menu appears with all available preferences.

info Preferences are stored per browser. If you switch to a different browser or device, the defaults apply again.

Show CAS column

view_column

What it does

Toggles the CAS number column in the screening table. When hidden, the column disappears entirely — useful when you are only screening HS codes and want a cleaner view.

check_box Checked — CAS column is visible (default)
check_box_outline_blank Unchecked — CAS column is hidden
info Hiding the CAS column does not remove CAS data from existing rows — the data is preserved and reappears when you show the column again.

Start with examples

table_rows

What it does

Controls whether three example rows are pre-loaded each time you log in. The examples show a typical HS code, a CAS number and a combination, all screened against a Russia destination, so you can see the screening result badges immediately.

check_box Checked — example rows are loaded on login (default)
check_box_outline_blank Unchecked — table starts empty on login
info Turning this off is recommended for production use, so you always start with a clean table.

Other menu items

filter_list

Hide green / Show all

Hides rows where all three regimes (DUA, MIL, SAN) are green, so you can focus on items that need attention.
